Kourtney's Weekly Report

Good Afternoon Bloggers,

What a busy week last week! Here's a rundown of what it was like:

Starting Monday, I had a rough practice on the windy track and followed by an SGA meeting in the Hickman Board Room. We discussed 'Pancakes under the Moon' for a stress-buster the week of final exams.

Tuesday, I had an informal debate for Student Government Elections. Shane Hinson, Caitlan Lake, Jon Wittkop, Matt Stiller, and myself debated in Caine Student Center where we were asked questions by the student body.

Wednesday was Ribbons of Excellence Day and I participated in the Model Arab League. We debated about other countries issues and resolutions to hep the Arab States prosper. Later that night, I was in the Feminist Empowerment Movement meeting and we discussed building the organization up both internally and externally, and we put the final details in place for their "What is Feminism?" Forum that was to be held Monday April 13 in Knight Auditorium.

Thursday was easy and Friday was Good Friday. (A nice relaxing little break before the big meet on Saturday!!)

Saturday was the big day for the Adrian College track stars as AC hosted the MIAA Jamboree. I participated in the 110m Hurdles, open 400m dash, 400m hurdles, and the 1600 relay. Adrian College men's team placed 4th in the conference meet. Overall, busy week and it gets busier by the day.
