SPINNING® for Spring Break!

This semester, Erin and I have an exercise spinning class which is a lot of fun, but a lot of work. For those of you who might not know what SPINNING® is, well it's an indoor cycling program. There are 10 of us enrolled in the class and it is taught by Dr. Tina Claiborne, who is the Director of the Athletic Training program on campus. Surprisingly, it is exciting and a great work out - even at 8 AM (Erin and I both are not morning people!) Quite a few of our friends are in the class and while we bike for about an hour we listen to all sorts of motivating music. Hopefully this exercise will get us into shape for spring break in several weeks. Still not sure about our plans for that, but I am sure Erin and I will think of something fun to do!
